This sunday in the online presence, we presented Jenny Sharada – founder of Be Woman Project and devoted teacher and student of Vedanta, with a passion and love for the sacred feminine to heal. Sharada shared her story of how she healed from a Psychosis and food disorder!
About Sharada: Almost 16 years ago Sharada’s spiritual journey started with the love for Yoga, followed by Indian Classical Odissi Dance. 10 years ago she moved to Ubud, Bali, Indonesia where she spent the last years studying, teaching and living in a spiritual community under the guidance of her revered teacher, who is a living monk, imparting the knowledge that frees our hearts from suffering. Vedanta. In 2014 she was a student of the 3.5 years residential course of Vedanta, Sanskrit and Vedic Chanting with Shree Swami Dayananda in India. She is also a student of Shree Radhaji, a Vedantin, Meditation teacher and Jungian Psychologist. Through Vaidika Dharma Rituals & Teachings Sharada teaches Vedanta, Sanskrit, Vedic Chanting, Meditation and Puja in Asia & Europe with all her heart. www.vaidika.org Her passion and love for the sacred feminine brought her to lead Devi Women’s Circles, Retreats & Trainings which are sacred gatherings for women. A sacred safe non-judgmental space to heal, discover self-acceptance and courage.
